In the 90s he was part of the Berlin Jazzscene – as sideman as well as in own projects. At this time he also worked with friends & colleagues from München and enjoyed playing continuo in baroque orchestra. Back in south germany he realized several projects with his wife Susanne Schönwiese (feat. Emil Viklicky&Dejan Terzic, Uschi Laar&Ramesh Shotham, Max Grosch, Michael Flügel, Paulo Morello…), documented on CDs and in radio productions. An important part of his work was bringing young people in contact with the adventure of music.
